I went out to dinner, at Red Lobster... it was fine I guess. Anyway my kid helped me direct the conversation to cars! He asked every one what car they’d have out of each decade. Most people don’t have answers, I did. Here’s mine.

He started with 1960 so, 1966 Barracuda Formula S

1970s 914-6

1980s: 1987 CRX Si

1990s: G1 Talon TSI

19.. no 2000s:e39 M5 in Oxford Green.

2010s: BMW 1M an Orange one Obviously.

I suppose you could answer this with all Vettes, but at least they won’t be the C8. That thing is ugly.

My mind works in mysterious ways. That 1 Series M in Valencia Orange is easily in the top 5 for the 2010s.

Ok tbh I thought the 6.3 didn’t get into the 300SEL until 1970.

It’s what ever you like. I like more “normal “ cars. My dream garage would have maybe 2 Exotics in it. They just aren’t my bag.

The two I’d have would be. Purple Diablo, and A Yellow DeTomaso Pantera

I had to look up that Renault, seems a cool DD. decent sized 4 door lift back, with plenty of power. I like it. I also found out there was a coach built wagon that looks kinda sick. And about as 90s as a freaking IMac G3.
